Job Description:
* Level 1 Technical Operations Support in password management and release management.
* Batch job monitoring, Pro-active issue identification and resolution.
* Monitoring Incident / requests.
* Perform report generation and report delivery to the respective stake holders.
* Meet agreed customer timing and results.
* Must interact with customers in multiple time zones: Europe and North America.
* Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
* Understand Security Controls and adhere to them.
* Create process documents and make sure that follows the process.
* Implement ITSM processes.
* No. of Yrs of Experience: Fresher - B.SC / BCA only.
