Job Description:
* Administration, Configuration and Maintenance of: VOIP PBX for Contact Centre led offerings for Avaya, Microsoft, Cisco , Aspect and other technology solutions.
* Network and security components like Router, Switches, Firewalls, Audio/ Video Set up, Servers and Storage.
Eligibility:
* Attained 60% and above throughout the academic tenure
* Year of Graduation/ Post Graduation : 2012 or 2013
* A year's gap (maximum) between levels of graduation
* Excellent communication skills
* Selected candidates to be willing to re- locate and work at any of AGC locations across India
